Desired Skills and Experience:
Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in CA Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Prior acute care and ICU nursing experience preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (from approved vendor) Strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and team leadership abilities
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients or assigned groups Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure coordinated patient care Direct, supervise, and delegate tasks among nursing staff Provide patient and family education, fostering informed wellness Lead and support discharge planning for continuity of care Maintain high standards for safety, infection control, and compassionate service Ensure compliance with required vaccinations and organizational policies
