ONLY Qualifications:

Current RN license, valid in California Minimum of one year recent ICU experience, preferably in a high-acuity hospital setting ACLS and BLS certifications required Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients Monitor, assess, and document patient status and response to interventions Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Safely administer medications and advanced life support interventions Advocate for patient needs and provide clear, compassionate education to families Adhere to evidence-based practices and infection control standards
