Stepdown Key Qualifications:

Unrestricted RN Licensure Current BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based care to critically ill patients in a 27-bed ICU Manage patient ratios of 2:1, occasionally 3-4:1 based on acuity Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans Utilize
