Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with full-time hours
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active RN license (WI or compact) Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications preferred) Exceptional assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered ICU nursing care Monitor, assess, and document patient condition, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Respond quickly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment through teamwork and adaptability
