Job Description

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 3 x 12-hour shifts per week Potential call requirements May be required to float to
Stepdown Position Requirements:
Active RN license
BLS & ACLS
certifications Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience Solid background in critical care Comfortable with EMR systems (MedHost experience preferred) Willing to wear navy scrubs Ability to manage patient ratios of 2:1 and sometimes 3-4:1 Submission must include a permanent home address and Social Security Number Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
Daily Responsibilities:
Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in a 27-bed ICU Perform comprehensive assessments and closely monitor changes in patient conditions Document care accurately in MedHost EMR Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to shifting unit needs (including Stepdown) Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care
