Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts only: 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. ICU assignment with flexibility to float to Telemetry and Med/Surg as needed
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing Minimum of one year's ICU nursing experience preferred Ability and willingness to float between ICU, Tele, and Med/Surg units Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
BLS/ACLS
certifications (as required)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the ICU Monitor patients and respond promptly to changes in status Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and ancillary staff Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols Flexibly support Telemetry and Med/Surg units as volume dictates
