Schedule/Hours:
Orientation sessions available regularly (see below for upcoming dates) Ability to float within the ICU discipline across nearby campuses 16 hours NBO (New Beginnings Orientation)
EMR:
EPIC Qualifications:
Valid RN license, with ICU experience strongly preferred Excellent critical-thinking and assessment skills Professional communication and collaborative spirit Comfort with EPIC EMR and rapid-learning environments
Responsibilities:
Serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and manage complex cases Float as needed within ICU units at partnering campuses Contribute to an environment that fosters continued learning and excellence
