Active RN license in California (required) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) CPR/BLS certification through an approved provider (required) Acute care and ICU experience strongly preferredResponsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, coordinated nursing care to ICU patients Collect and assess pertinent patient data, determining diagnoses and care plans Implement and evaluate patient care interventions to achieve optimal outcomes Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure a healing and supportive environment Participate in discharge planning and patient education Supervise and delegate responsibilities to nursing staff and team members Continuously contribute to safety initiatives and organizational health standardsBenefits & Perks:
