Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; specific schedule discussed during interview.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in fast-paced, high-acuity settings. Deliver advanced life support interventions, including wound care, ventilator management, and administration of IV fluids and medications. Collaborate with physicians during procedures and monitor vital signs, ensuring all critical care equipment operates optimally. Provide patient advocacy, educate family members, and respond rapidly to life-threatening situations using nursing best practices. Care for pre- and post-operative patients and participate in case management, policy review, or administrative support as needed.Desired Qualifications:
Current California RN license (must be included with resume). ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association (required upon submission). Demonstrated experience in ICU/critical care environments. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and critical thinking skills. Prior travel nursing experience a plus.Perks & Benefits:
