As an RN with ICU experience, you'll step into a progressive Level III Trauma Center with a Level II NICU and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care. This is a prime opportunity to advance your clinical expertise with a diverse patient mix—including general, surgical, and cardiac/vascular cases—allowing you to broaden your skill set and gain exposure to specialized modalities like CRRT (NxStage), post-cardiac surgery, and advanced invasive monitoring. Collaborate with dedicated intensivists, pharmacists, and a robust support team, experiencing a variety of leadership and interdisciplinary approaches that will elevate your career trajectory and enhance your résumé. Schedule/Hours 0700-1930 (Day Shift) Every other weekend No on-call Pending manager approval for RTO Qualifications & Experience Active RN license with 3 years recent ICU experience (first-time travelers welcome with same requirement) Proficient in vent/trach management, invasive lines, drain/tube care, post-surgical recovery CRRT (NxStage) and fresh heart post-op exposure preferred
BLS, ACLS
