This assignment offers the unique chance to grow professionally by working in diverse clinical settings across three hospital campuses. Schedule/Hours:
Shift:
6:45 pm - 7:15 am 36 hours per week 13-week assignment Weekend shifts required No call requirement As part of this role, you'll experience meaningful professional challenges, work alongside dynamic medical teams, and adapt to new leadership styles—empowering you to strengthen your clinical and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license (compact accepted) Minimum of 1 year experience in ICU nursing ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale certifications Flexibility and willingness to float between three campuses
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert, compassionate care to critical care patients Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition Collaborate closely with physicians and support staff for holistic patient care Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation Demonstrate adaptability by floating to other campuses as needed
