Key Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid in Pennsylvania Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care hospital Proficiency with ventilators, drips, and critical care monitoring BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to critically ill adults, focused on patient safety and comfort Perform detailed assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to rapid changes in patient status Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement and adjust care plans Administer medications and manage advanced life-support equipment Support and educate families, providing compassionate updates Document all care accurately and efficiently
