Job Description

Schedule:
Night shifts 3x12 hours per week (36 hours guaranteed) Block scheduling approved upon request Weekend hours as needed; no call requirements
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license with Missouri Board of Nursing or temporary permit BLS and ACLS certifications (may complete during probationary/first year) Minimum of 2 years' experience in ICU/Critical Care Demonstrated proficiency with post-stroke care, titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), use of Bipaps and Airvos, ventilated compressors, and recognizing deteriorating patients Flexibility to float to Med Surg or Tele as needed Self-starter with a team-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities:
Manage diverse patient populations including medical, basic cardiac, and neuro cases in a 19-bed critical care unit Maintain patient ratios averaging 2-3:1 for optimal focus Contribute to continuous improvement and quality patient outcomes Utilize Epic EMR for accurate documentation Compliance with professional dress code (black scrubs; no hoodies)
