Required Qualifications:
Valid Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT required, with IR Tech specialization preferred) State licensure or eligibility for licensing in Tennessee Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or clinical setting Strong technical proficiency with imaging equipment, especially in interventional radiology procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures in a fast-paced environment Operate advanced imaging equipment safely and effectively Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures Accurately document imaging records and maintain regulatory compliance Adapt to new workflows, protocols, and facility-specific practices
