Qualifications:
Valid RN license (current and unrestricted) 1+ years of recent interventional radiology nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficient with radiology procedures and imaging environments Strong assessment, planning, and critical thinking skills Adaptable to rapidly changing situations, able to make sound decisions under pressure
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and support physicians during interventional radiology procedures Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans Conduct comprehensive assessments tailored to disease, age, and cultural needs Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and coordinate ongoing patient care Respond to changes in clinical status and prioritize patient needs Provide patient and family education based on specific learning requirements Promote evidence-based practices and participate in continual improvement initiatives
