Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state eligibility) Minimum one year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) nursing BLS and ACLS certifications Strong IV access and procedural sedation skills Effective communication and critical thinking abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after IR procedures Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and ancillary staff to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes Monitor and manage patients throughout a variety of interventional procedures Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control protocols Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-care instructions
