Key Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Imaging - IR Tech ARRT certification in Radiography required Strong knowledge of invasive procedure protocols Familiarity with radiation protection standards (ALARA principles) Detail-oriented with excellent communication and team skills Adaptability and independent critical thinking
What You'll Do:
Explain and prepare patients for examination procedures Obtain additional medical history as required Set up and prepare contrast media, medications, and IVs Assist radiologist during diagnostic invasive procedures Ensure sterile, organized, and stocked work environment Monitor patient conditions throughout all procedures Operate imaging equipment and maintain high-quality imaging Perform radiation protection techniques and protocols Support
PACS/RIS
processes, ensuring accurate imaging and medical record documentation Support new staff and student training Promote team excellence, open communication, and a positive work culture
