As a Neurointerventional Radiologic Technologist in this travel assignment, you'll be on the cutting edge of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a setting that values both patient-centered care and staff development. Collaborating with seasoned physicians and multidisciplinary teams, you'll build hands-on expertise in neuro and angio interventional services, navigating challenging cases that will strengthen your resume and clinical acumen. Primary Responsibilities:
Provide technical and clinical assistance for a range of IR and neurointerventional procedures, including angiography, embolizations, vertebroplasty, myelograms, and ablations Operate advanced imaging equipment according to current protocols Maintain rigorous adherence to safety and radiation regulations Instruct students and residents, performing preceptor duties as needed Perform equipment quality assurance and assist with inventory management Navigate electronic scheduling and procedure coding systems Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant hospital policies
Preferred Qualifications:
ARRT certification or equivalent for radiologic technologists Experience with IR/Neuro IR procedures and safety protocols Strong grasp of sterile techniques and patient care best practices Prior teaching or preceptor experience is a plus Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
