Evenings (5x8) Start date: May 25, 2026 Work setting: Long-term care (LTC) nursing home Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of an RN. Administer prescribed medications and treatments per care plans; document administration and response. Monitor vital signs, observe changes, and report promptly to the supervising nurse. Assist with activities of daily living and basic nursing tasks; support mobility and comfort. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement care plans and address resident needs. Ensure resident safety, infection control, and accurate charting of care provided.
