Schedule/Hours:
Travel position Rotating shifts may be required depending on facility needsQualifications:
Active RN license, valid in Delaware Minimum of 1 year experience in a Rehab or Long-Term Care setting preferred BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability skills Positive references and recent clinical experienceResponsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to rehabilitation and long-term care patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Monitor patient progress, document assessments, and adjust interventions as necessary Educate patients and families on care processes and goals Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standardsBenefits & Perks:
