Qualifications:
Active RN license (unencumbered) Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in Rehab or Long-Term Care settings preferred Current BLS/CPR certification required Strong assessment, organizational, and critical thinking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care to individuals requiring rehabilitation or long-term care services Administer medications and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Monitor and document patient progress, adapting care plans as needed Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families Maintain compliance with facility protocols and professional standards
