Job Description
Category Imaging - Mammography Job Type Travel Consider an exciting opportunity in Lenexa, KS, where you'll immerse yourself in an area known for its vibrant arts scene and welcoming Midwest charm. As a travel imaging professional specializing in mammography, you'll have the chance to broaden your clinical expertise while enjoying the unique experiences Kansas offers—both inside and outside the hospital walls. Schedule:
10-hour days Monday-Friday 4 shifts/week (0700-1730) One weekday off per week (rotating based on department needs)Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years recent hospital-based experience as a Mammography Technologist Proficiency in advanced breast imaging: prone and upright biopsies, breast localizations, contrast-enhanced mammography ARRT (R) & (M) certification (active) BLS certification (active) Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) license (active) required upon application Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced settingPreferred Experience:
Familiarity withEPIC EMR
Experience using Hologic Dimensions equipmentKey Responsibilities:
Deliver complex diagnostic and interventional breast imaging procedures with a high-level of competence Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to new workflows Maintain best practices in patient care and imaging quality Participate in a comprehensive, two-day hospital orientation for seamless onboardingBenefits and Travel Perks:
