Required Qualifications and Experience:
Valid certification as a Medical Technologist or MLT - Medical Lab Technician Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related discipline Proficiency in laboratory protocols, instrumentation, and diagnostic testing Strong understanding of quality control standards Effective communication skills and attention to detail Previous experience in hospital or clinical lab settings preferredKey Responsibilities:
