Schedule/Hours:

Shifts:

6:45 AM - 7:15 PM & 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Guaranteed 36 hours per week Weekend coverage varies RN requirement: 2 x 12-hour call shifts during a 13-week contract

Qualifications:

Active ME RN license required Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience Current BLS certification (required) ACLS certification (preferred) Proficiency in Epic EMR Team-oriented, accountable, and diligent work ethic

Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care on a 56-bed Med Surg/Telemetry unit Manage patient loads with RN ratios of 1:4-5 (days) or 1:5-6 (nights) Float to other med surg units as needed Complete required learning modules via LMS Maintain professional standards of attire (scrub color: any; no hoodies or open shoes)
