Qualifications & Experience Desired:

Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) unit Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills Comfortable managing a diverse caseload and collaborating with healthcare professionals Strong interpersonal communication and a patient-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver holistic nursing care to adult patients on the MS unit in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based practice Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient progress Accurately document observations and interventions within the patient record Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout hospitalization Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all patients
