Schedule/Hours:

7:00am - 7:30pm Every other weekend & holiday rotation

Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum 1 year experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing BLS certification (American Heart Association) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient-centered care on a busy observation unit Monitor, assess, and document patient progress accurately Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on plans of care, discharge needs, and health maintenance Adhere to evidence-based practices and facility safety guidelines
