As a travel Registered Nurse working the day shift, you'll coordinate comprehensive care on a general Med/Surg unit serving mainly adults, with occasional pediatric patients. The setting provides a chance to expand your resume by managing a diverse range of medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric cases. Here, you will be part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team, honing your leadership skills and gaining exposure to innovative care practices—all while working in an environment that prioritizes holistic, patient-centered care.
Schedule:
Starts on Wednesdays Day shift 48-hour contracts (orientation week will be 36 hours due to midweek start) Must be available to start on 6/24/26Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of acute care experience (preference for Meditech experience) Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN license BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certifications required before start Comfortable with adult and occasional pediatric patients (not a pediatric-only role)Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, holistic nursing care using the Nursing Process Collaborate with clinical leaders and supervisors to support patient needs Ensure all patient care meets age, physiological, psychosocial, spiritual, and developmental requirements Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsBenefits & Perks:
