Orientation occurs twice monthly, ensuring smooth integration into the facility's supportive community and teamwork-centric culture. This role is perfectly suited to RNs eager to expand their clinical knowledge, especially those with a solid med-surg background and a particular interest in postoperative and orthopedic patient care.

Provide direct, compassionate care to a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio within medical-surgical and post-surgical settings Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, collaborating closely with physicians, surgeons, and rehabilitation teams Support post-operative orthopedic patients with specialized recovery regimens Uphold best practices for patient safety, infection prevention, and interdisciplinary communicationDesired Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license Strong med-surg nursing experience; orthopedic and post-surgical experience highly valued Exceptional clinical assessment and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced hospital settingsBenefits & Perks:
