Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care following best evidence-based practices Collaborate with the broader care team to promote patient well-being and positive outcomes Float to other units within scope as needed, broadening your experience and clinical versatility Support and uphold high standards of patient safety and confidentiality at all timesQualifications:
Nursing degree from an accredited program Current RN license (compact or Kansas accepted) BLS certification (ACLS & PALS may be obtained post-hire) Open to new graduates; preference for adaptable, caring, and professional candidates eager to learn and growBenefits & Perks:
