This is a contract opportunity that allows you to contribute within multiple local campuses, with the flexibility to float as needed within your nursing discipline.

Schedule/Hours:

Orientation offered on select Fridays and Tuesdays throughout the year New hire orientation: 16 hours Flexible assignment hours, with overtime opportunities available after 40 or 48 hours per week, depending on assignment Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing required Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills Comfort with EPIC electronic medical record systems Ability to adapt to multiple campus settings within the discipline

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in EPIC May serve in charge or precepting roles as needed
