Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid ASCP certification or equivalent for Medical Technologist. At least 1 year of recent experience in a high-volume clinical laboratory. Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and safety standards. Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills. Experience with laboratory information systems preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a range of clinical diagnostic testing with accuracy and efficiency. Analyze samples, interpret results, and report findings to medical staff. Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory equipment. Adhere to quality control procedures and safety protocols. Contribute to collaborative patient care with lab and healthcare colleagues.
