This hospital is renowned for its unwavering commitment to high-quality patient care, maintaining prestigious certifications such as Joint Commission Accreditation, Level IV Trauma Center status, and specialized designations in stroke and cardiac care. You'll work alongside dedicated professionals, gaining practical experience with a wide clinical spectrum and expanding your expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment. Each assignment enables exposure to new treatment approaches, broadening your skill set and enriching your resume. Your schedule for orientation aligns with the second full week of each month, running Monday through Thursday, so you'll have dedicated time to acclimate and learn from experienced healthcare leaders.
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license with current, unrestricted status Minimum 1-2 years of Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) experience in an acute care setting Familiarity with trauma, stroke, and chest pain protocols preferred Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Flexibility to adapt to evolving workplace needs
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care on the med-surg unit Collaborate across shifts with physicians, fellow nurses, and allied teams Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely Remain adept at managing rapid changes and emergencies Support patients and families with education and emotional care
