Job Description

Schedule Night shifts:
Three 12-hour shifts per week 36 guaranteed hours weekly Weekend and call duties as required Key Qualifications Current RN license with at least 4 years of relevant experience BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical proficiency in the medical-surgical specialty Experience assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care Ability to float to other units as needed Effective communication and collaboration skills Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional nursing standards Primary Responsibilities Deliver safe, compassionate care and maintain professional accountability Evaluate and coordinate patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Oversee care provided by other direct caregivers Uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times Utilize EPIC for documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols Maintain dress code (black scrubs only) Benefits and Travel Perks Tax-advantaged stipends to maximize your take-home pay Comprehensive travel support to ensure a smooth transition Premium compensation for travel assignments Health coverage, 401(k) plan, and job security for peace of mind on the road Seize this chance to take your nursing career to new places while enjoying the adventures Edmond has to offer.
