Schedule/Hours:

Flexible schedule with potential floating to the Skilled Nursing Department Hospital may adjust shifts (up to 3 per 13-week contract) for census needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality medical-surgical care to adult and non-critical pediatric patients Float as needed to the Skilled Nursing Department Administer medications, treatments, and coordinate patient care plans Accurately chart using Cerner EMR Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes Respond quickly to emergencies, utilizing PALS and ACLS certifications Ensure thorough and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Active California RN license required Demonstrated experience in med-surg nursing; able to care for non-critical pediatric patients Proficient in Cerner EMR systems (required) Current PALS and ACLS certifications (required) Ability to adapt quickly and float between departments as needed
