Schedule/Hours:
7:00 am - 7:30 pm Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Minimum 1 year of recent Nursing experience in med/surg and telemetry settings BLS certification required Strong communication and team collaboration skills Willing to travel and adapt to new clinical environments Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius
Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in the observation unit Monitor, assess, and document vital signs and patient progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimum care Implement physicians' orders and respond promptly to patient needs Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and patient safety
