Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg nursing BLS certification required (other certifications preferred) Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and documentation skills Adaptability, excellent communication, and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic specialty units Oversee medication administration, treatment plans, and symptom management Provide education and support to patients and families Maintain accurate electronic health records and observe infection control protocols
