This role is based in a dynamic rehabilitation center where you'll contribute to patient care on a modern, well-equipped Med/Surg Rehab unit. Schedule/Hours:
7:00 AM - 7:00
PM Qualifications:
Current RN license with at least one year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required CRRN certification, ACLS, or post-acute quality indicator scoring knowledge preferred Ability to pass telemetry competency and utilize EMR systems (Meditech)
Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care according to rehabilitation plans established by an interdisciplinary team Educate patients and families on care programs and progress Conduct thorough assessments, administer IV medications, draw labs, and manage wound care procedures Operate specialized equipment, such as patient lifts and glucometers Serve as an empathetic advocate and clear communicator for patients
