Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility Minimum one year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience BLS certification (ACLS a plus) Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Strong communication and patient advocacy abilities Flexibility to adapt to new settings and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Medical-Surgical unit Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and complete accurate documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families regarding procedures, post-care, and discharge instructions Maintain compliance with facility policies and industry standards
