Required Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Med-Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Strong assessment, organizational, and documentation skills Adaptability in fast-paced settings and commitment to evidence-based care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and execute care plans Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-hospital care Participate actively in patient advocacy and quality improvement initiatives
