On your days off, explore the charm of Vermont's small towns and enjoy meaningful experiences unique to this spectacular region. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Med/Surg unit, you'll have the unique opportunity to enhance your professional portfolio while working alongside an accomplished team in a highly respected critical access hospital. This role provides exposure to diverse workplace settings and multifaceted patient needs, including comprehensive care for adults and occasional pediatric patients. This dynamic environment allows you to expand your clinical knowledge, adapt to a variety of leadership and workflow styles, and strengthen your skills through hands-on experience.
Schedule/Hours:
Night shift 48 hours per week (36 hours guaranteed during orientation week, due to a Wednesday start) Must be available to start on 6/10/26What We're Seeking:
Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience required Experience with Meditech preferred Vermont RN or multi-state RN license (active and in good standing) BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required Willingness to care for both adult and occasional pediatric patients (not a dedicated pediatric floor) Completion of all credentialing including flu vaccination (no exceptions), five business days prior to startYour Impact:
