Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or compact states Minimum of one year recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience Current BLS certification (required) Excellent assessment, organizational, and multitasking skills Strong interpersonal communication and patient advocacy abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to diverse adult patient populations in a medical-surgical setting Assess, plan, and document patient care plans and progress Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members Provide support and education to patients and their families throughout the treatment process Maintain high standards of safety and infection control
