Schedule/Hours:
12-hour shifts Rotating weekends Block scheduling option available
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing Minimum one year of acute care experience BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred Chemo experience is a plus Proficiency in physical assessment, documentation, time management, and critical thinking skills Comfort with Meditech system and mobile communication apps Strong

Responsibilities:
Provide safe, compassionate care in a 31-bed Med-Surg/Oncology unit Maintain a 6:1 patient ratio, supported by a skilled interdisciplinary team Float to Med-Surg and Tele units as needed Prevent hospital-acquired conditions and infections Collaborate across disciplines to promote exceptional patient experiences Why take this assignment?
