Schedule:

7:00 am - 7:30 pm Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Qualifications:

Current RN license (state or compact) Minimum of 1 year recent experience in MS/Tele or observation unit Strong assessment and monitoring skills BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Exceptional communication and adaptability in a collaborative setting

Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to observation and med/surg patients Perform telemetry monitoring and promptly respond to changes in patient condition Administer medications, IVs, and perform required documentation Work cohesively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge processes
