Required Qualifications & Experience:

Active, unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent Medical-Surgical experience BLS certification (AHA) Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings Proficient in patient-centered communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
