Current RN licensure Minimum of one year of NICU nursing experience BLS and NRP certifications (active and required) Strong critical thinking and communication skills Adaptability to fast-paced, multidisciplinary teamsResponsibilities:
Provide evidence-based care to neonates requiring intensive support Monitor infants' conditions and collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and families Execute physician orders and critical interventions with precision and empathy Educate and support families during complex and stressful circumstances Accurately document patient care and participate in quality assurance initiativesPerks and Benefits:
