Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active RN license with current experience in Level IV or surgical NICU Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification highly preferred Experience treating conditions including CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-op babies Nicotine-free—must pass screening before assignment; no exceptions Flu vaccination required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-level, compassionate care to critically ill neonates Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Administer advanced interventions, monitor condition changes, and provide pre/post-operative support Educate and support families during NICU stay
