As a Neonatal Intensive Care RN on a travel assignment, you'll gain valuable insight into a dynamic, teaching-focused environment. Schedule/Hours:
New Hire Orientation Dates offered throughout 2025 (June-December) for flexible onboarding.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1-2 years of current NICU experience preferred BLS and NRP certifications required Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Demonstrated adaptability and a team-driven mindset
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based neonatal intensive care to infants and families Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including neonatologists and support staff Document patient care meticulously and participate in family education Uphold safety and infection control protocols Participate in ongoing learning and adaptation to facility practices
