Job Description
Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. At least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine Minimum of 6 months focused in Cardiac Imaging Active NYS Radiologic Technologist License NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification requiredPreferred:
Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited programKey Responsibilities:
Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies, including SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT with precision and clinical skill Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care by clearly explaining procedures and prioritizing safety Acquire and process diagnostic images, perform daily quality control, and maintain radiopharmacy operations in compliance with NYSDOH standards Manage and document data using the eRecord CUPID system while upholding stringent regulatory requirements Collaborate with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and colleagues to integrate new technologies and continuously refine clinical protocols Consistently demonstrate values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence Conduct SPECT blood flow studies, cardiac amyloidosis, and hybridSPECT/PET
