As a nuclear medicine technologist on a travel assignment here, you'll be welcomed into a dynamic imaging department, gaining valuable insight into diverse workplace practices and fresh leadership perspectives unique to this region. This is an outstanding opportunity to add meaningful experience to your resume and to refine your clinical expertise in general nuclear medicine and stress testing. With a Monday through Friday, 8 AM-4 PM schedule, you'll have your evenings and weekends free to explore New Rochelle's rich history, nearby parks, charming downtown, and easy access to everything the greater New York City area offers. Your downtime can be filled with waterfront strolls, culinary delights, and memorable adventures—all just a quick ride from Manhattan.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00
PM Desired Qualifications:
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or ARRT (N) Valid, current state licensure Demonstrated experience in nuclear medicine imaging and stress testing procedures Strong technical proficiency in modern imaging equipment Excellent communication and patient care skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general nuclear medicine and cardiac stress tests for a diverse patient population Operate advanced imaging equipment and ensure high-quality image acquisition Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes Document and communicate findings with accuracy and professionalism Maintain strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance
