This opportunity involves a 6-week assignment specializing in Nuclear Medicine Imaging (Nuc Med), offering significant professional growth by enhancing your expertise in a fast-paced healthcare environment. There's no involvement with PET/CT scans, allowing you to focus on specialized nuclear medicine procedures.
Schedule/Hours:
5x8 hour shifts 7:00am-3:30pm
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology Proven experience in nuclear medicine procedures (no PET/CT required) Commitment to high-quality patient care and safety standards Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Independently perform nuclear medicine imaging studies, ensuring optimal image quality Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals following all safety protocols Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff to deliver effective diagnostics and patient care Accurately document and maintain patient records Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment
